Manna’s Community Thanksgiving Meal is available to anyone in our community!

We are partnering with The Vineyard Church to deliver meals to La Plata County residents.

Southwest Colorado Gives is a collaborative effort spearheaded by the Community Foundation serving Southwest Coloradoto inspire generosity in our five counties andincrease online giving for local participating nonprofits.

Our goal is to raise $50,000 between now and the end of Colorado Gives Day on December 9th. Every gift made during Early Giving counts toward our total and helps us provide meals, resources, and compassion to individuals and families across La Plata County.
