SNAP Assistance and Outreach
The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) is a federal program that provides nutrition benefits to supplement the food budget of families and individuals so they can purchase healthy food and move towards self-sufficiency. Manna is an SNAP outreach partner, meaning we can help people in our county submit their applications for the program. We are also here to help answer questions, dispel misconceptions, decrease stigma, and help make the process feel more approachable. In addition to submitting initial applications, we can help with six month re-determinations and case updates.
How to Enroll in SNAP with Manna’s Assistance
We can help you apply by phone, computer, or in-person at Manna’s Resource Center.
Please contact our Resource Navigator, Hunter Klein to schedule a meeting to apply.

Double Up Food Bucks
Double Up Food Bucks is a state funded program that makes it easy to eat healthy and local. Families and individuals who are enrolled in SNAP can use their funds at certain places to receive free fruits and vegetables from Colorado growers. For instance, if you spend 20 SNAP dollars at the local farmers market to purchase meats, breads, cheese, etc, you will receive an additional 20 dollars to spend specifically on locally grown produce! Not only is this program great for those enrolled in SNAP, but also our local farmers.
