Originally from Traverse City, Michigan, Seanan earned his culinary degree from the Great Lakes Culinary Institute. Drawn to the Rockies due to his love of the outdoors, he relocated to Colorado before eventually settling in Durango, where he has worked in several restaurants, including seven years as the executive chef at local Durango favorite Ken & Sue’s. Seanan enjoys being part of an organization that is making a difference and hopes to bring outstanding, high quality food to Manna while being of service to the community he loves.
